How do I activate my Branch business debit card?

You can activate your card through the Branch App by scanning the QR code from your card’s attached flyer, or by calling the phone number on the back of your card. 

How do I connect my payments to the Branch Wallet?

All you’ll need to do is sign up for Branch and activate your card. Payments are then automatically routed to your Branch Wallet, where you can spend from your digital wallet or with your physical Branch Business Card.

How much can I spend on my Branch Business Card?

The Branch Business Card is a business debit card from Mastercard. As an independent contractor, you can hold up to $250,000 in your account. As long as you have the funds available in your account, you can spend $5,000 per day and up to $5,000 per transaction using your Branch Business Card. In addition, you can spend up to $30,000 per month. These limits apply to typical purchases, and do not include transfers out of your account or ATM withdrawals.

How do I transfer funds from my Branch Wallet to an external account?

Click the Move Funds option in the Branch Wallet to transfer funds from Branch to an external account. You can transfer funds instantly for a small fee by selecting the Debit card option, or you can transfer funds for free using the Another bank option. Free transfers process via ACH and take 3-5 business days.

  • At this time, the limit on instant debit card transfers is $1,000 per day.
  • The fee for instant transfers is $2.99 minimum, or 2% of the transfer amount.
  • The limit for free bank transfers is $5,000 per day, and no monthly limit applies at this time.


Can I add other deposits to my Branch account?‍

Yes. Your Branch Wallet is a business account, so you can set up direct deposits from other companies using your account and routing number, which are displayed in the app after sign up.

How do I add my Branch Business Card to Apple or Google Pay?

Adding your Branch Business Card to Apple or Google Pay will allow you to make contactless purchases using your phone. To enable this feature, tap the 3 dots on the top right corner of the card displayed to open the Card Controls menu, then tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay. Follow the instructions from there and verify your card using the phone number on your account.

Which ATMs can I use for free?

With Branch, you have access to up to 8 free ATM transactions per month at over 55,000 ATMs through the Allpoint Network, located at retailers such as CVS, Racetrac, and Walgreens. A $2 fee will apply per ATM transaction after 8 transactions until the next month.

  3. Tap Find an ATM to see a map of all the free ATMs in your area

How do I pay a bill using my Branch Wallet?

The best way to pay your bills using your Branch Wallet online is to provide your connected Branch Business Card number to your biller. If your biller does not support getting paid via debit card, then you may provide your Branch Wallet account and routing number to them. Note: you should have the capability to pay manually via the biller website or set up auto pay, although these options may vary.

What happens if I lose my Branch Business Card?

If you believe your card is lost or stolen, we urge you to first lock the card. Open your Branch Wallet, tap the 3 dots on the upper right corner of the black debit card and tap Lock Card. From there, you can select to order a replacement card. A new personalized card will be shipped to your home address within 7-10 business days.

What if I already have a Branch account & card?

You can keep your existing Branch account and card. You'll just need to add Fetch Package to your account by following these steps:

  • Login to your Branch account
  • Visit the account tab (bottom right)
  • Tap your workplaces > manage workplaces > add
  • Type in "Fetch Package" and select it from the dropdown list
  • Passcode is: "fetch"

Once completed, you will be all set to start receiving payments from Fetch Package.
