What is Branch?
Available on both iOS and Android, the Branch App offers a free digital wallet and debit card that allows you to receive your paycheck. With the Branch account and debit card, you’ll not only receive fast, easy access to your pay, but also access to over 55,000 free ATMs**, cash back rewards, fee-free banking, and other personal finance tools.
Can I set up my Direct Deposit with Branch?
Yes! Access to the Branch App comes with a fee-free account (Branch Wallet) and debit card (Branch Card). Your physical Branch Card can be used at thousands of locations, and is yours to take with you for life.
If you set up your direct deposit with Branch, you can get your funds deposited directly to this account.
How do I complete my Branch registration?

How do I get my Branch debit card?
Pick up your Branch Card from your HR manager and activate it by scanning the QR code on the sheet of paper it is attached to.
How do I connect my payments to the Branch Wallet?
All you’ll need to do is sign up for Branch and activate your card. Payments are then automatically routed to your Branch Wallet, where you can spend from your digital wallet or with your physical Branch Card.
How do I add my Branch debit card to Apple or Google Pay?
Adding your Branch Card to Apple or Google Pay will allow you to make contactless purchases using your phone. To enable this feature, tap the 3 dots on the top right corner of the card displayed to open the Card Controls menu, then tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay. Follow the instructions from there and verify using the phone number on your account.
How do I transfer funds from my Branch Wallet to an external account?
Click the Move Funds option in the Wallet tab to transfer funds from your Branch Wallet to an external account. You can transfer funds instantly for a small fee by selecting the Debit Card option, or you can transfer funds for free using the Bank option. Free transfers process via ACH and take 3-5 business days.
Can I add other deposits to my Branch account?
Yes. Your Branch Wallet is an account, so you can set up direct deposits from other companies using your account and routing number which are displayed in the app after signing up.
Which ATMs can I use for free?
With Branch, you have access to up to 8 free ATM transactions per month at over 55,000 ATMs through the Allpoint Network, located at retailers such as CVS, Racetrac, and Walgreens. A $2 fee will apply per ATM transaction after 8 transactions until the next month.

What happens if I lose my Branch Card?
If you believe your card is lost or stolen, we urge you to first lock the card through the Branch app’s Wallet tab. From there, you can select to order a replacement card. A new personalized card will be shipped to your home address within 7-10 business days.
