When a driver isn’t driving, you may lock their card from your Branch App. When they begin driving again, unlock the card and they will be able to use it for their business expenses. If a card is locked and a driver attempts to use it, the transaction will decline and you will receive an email and push notification. If this is in error, simply unlock their card and have the driver try again.

How do I know when one of my drivers uses their Uber Freight Expense Card Powered by Branch?
Anytime a transaction is made, be it successful or declined, you will receive an email and push notification. This way you can track the business expenses tied to your Branch Wallet in real time.
