Fuel Rewards. You can now receive cash back on fuel purchases when using your Uber Freight Card powered by Branch. We’re kicking off the program with Love’s, where you’ll get cash back on every gallon of commercial diesel fuel purchased with your Uber Freight Card powered by Branch.
Here's how it works:
- Go inside Love’s to pay for your fuel. (Paying at the pump will be available in the future.)
- When using your Uber Freight Card powered by Branch, press “bypass PIN.”
- Fill up and we’ll work behind the scenes to process your Fuel Rewards.
- You’ll receive cash back on every gallon of diesel purchased, with the money posted to your account 2-5 days after the transaction has taken place.

Fuel Rewards Questions
How do I earn Fuel Rewards at Love’s?
When you make fuel purchases inside any Love’s location using your Uber Freight Card powered by Branch, you are eligible to receive cash back on each gallon of commercial diesel fuel. Just make sure to:
- Pay inside with your Uber Freight Card powered by Branch
- Hit “Bypass PIN” when using your card
- Complete your purchase and fill up
We’ll start processing your Fuel Rewards and they will appear on your account within 2-5 days.
Are my personal fuel purchases eligible for Fuel Rewards at Love’s?
No, only commercial diesel fuel purchases are eligible for Fuel Rewards.
How long does it take for my Fuel Rewards to show in my account?
You should see the cash back post to your Branch account within 2-5 days.
Why didn’t I get my Fuel Rewards?
It’s likely that you entered a PIN when you paid inside. To receive your Fuel Rewards you need to press “Bypass PIN” when paying inside with your Uber Freight Card powered by Branch. It takes about 2-5 days for the reward to post back to your Branch account.
What should I do if I believe I earned Fuel Rewards and they’re not showing in my Branch account after 5 days?
If you made sure to hit “bypass PIN” and have still not received your Fuel Rewards after 5 days, please contact Branch support at support@branchapp.com and we’ll help you figure things out.
How do you know how many gallons I purchased?
Branch typically receives the data on how many gallons you’ve purchased a few days after you make the transaction. When you’re paying inside, just make sure to press “bypass PIN”—this ensures that the data gets routed to us correctly.
