ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a lawful permanent resident in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Vermont, Puerto Rico and the U.S. territories and possessions) and at least the age of majority in your state of residence (nineteen (19) in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) with a valid Social Security number at the time of entry (the "Entrant"). Employees of Branch Messenger Inc. (“Branch”) (and family members of employees) or Evolve Bank and Trust (“Evolve”) are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void in Vermont, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia and where restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of Branch, which are final and binding.
ENTRY PERIODS: The entire “Sweepstakes Period,” which includes various Entry Periods outlined below, begins on June 6, 2022 at 10:00 AM CT and ends on June 30, 2022 at 11:59 PM CT.
For the Weekly Giveaway portion of the Sweepstakes, there will be two (2) drawings associated with each Entry Period. For the Grand Prize Giveaway, there will be one (1) grand prize winner ( "Grand Prize Winner") for the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Entry Periods will start at 12:00 AM ET and end at 11:59 PM ET on the start and end dates outlined in the Entry Period chart below. All entries must be submitted during the respective time period in order to be included for that Entry Period’s drawing.

HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible entrants (“Entrants”) must sign up and be approved for a Branch Account during the Sweepstakes Period or use the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) outlined in these terms. For the Weekly Giveaways, Entrants must enter during one of the four Entry Periods. For the $5000 Grand Prize Giveaway, Entrants may enter anytime during the Sweepstakes Period.
Note: Existing Tippy Customers who already have a Branch Account prior to the start date of the Sweepstakes will qualify as entries for both Weekly Giveaways and the Grand Prize Giveaway.

Any Entry containing fraudulent activity, as determined by Branch in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees his or her Entry complies with these Official Rules. Each Entrant also agrees that Branch may disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes if Branch believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules. If Branch rejects any Entry, such Entry will be disqualified and will not be considered a valid Entry. Entries may only be made according to the method described above. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible Entries actually received by Branch before the end of the Sweepstakes Period will be included in the prize drawing. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled Entries will be disqualified.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): You may also enter the Sweepstakes by mail as follows. On a plain 3” x 5” index card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, complete address, email address, and selected non-profit organization and mail your completed 3” x 5” card to Branch: Tippy Sweepstakes, 8014 Olson Memorial Hwy 55, #471, Golden Valley, MN 55427. To be considered eligible in the Sweepstakes, AMOE entries must be postmarked no later than the postmark dates outlined in the Entry Period chart above. Each AMOE card received will be considered as one (1) Entry for that Entrant for the applicable Entry Period and Sweepstakes Period. Regardless of the method used to enter this Sweepstakes, the maximum number of entries allowed is one (1) per Entrant.
HOW TO WIN:
Weekly Giveaway: For each Entry Period, Branch will randomly select two (2) potential winners from among all eligible Entries. All non-winning eligible entries from the previous Entry Period drawings will carry over to subsequent Entry Period drawings. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per Branch account.
Grand Prize Giveaway: At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Branch will also randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner from among all eligible Entries during the Sweepstakes Period. The 8 Entries that were randomly selected for the Weekly Giveaway drawing will also be eligible for the Grand Prize Giveaway.
Potential winners must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules in order to qualify for a prize. Note: You are not a winner of any prize until you have been verified as a winner by Branch. Winners will be notified via email. Please note: We will never ask for your personal information or account information through social media or email, in order to deliver the prize.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during each Entry Period and the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZES:
Weekly Giveaway: Eight (8) winners (2 drawings per week for 4 Entry Periods) will each receive the following prize: If entry was through the Branch App, such winners will receive (1) $250 to be awarded in their Branch Account (“$250”). If Entry was through AMOE or the winner does not have a Branch account, such winner will receive the same prize amounts on a virtual Amazon gift card emailed to their entry email address. The total ARV (Approximate Retail Value) of the available prize in the the Weekly Giveaway portion of the Sweepstakes is $2000 USD.
Grand Prize Giveaway: Grand Prizes (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner per Sweepstakes Period will receive $5000 cash to be awarded in their Branch Account(the "Grand Prize"). If Entry was through AMOE or the winner does not have a Branch Account, such winner will receive the same prize amounts on a virtual Amazon gift card emailed to their entry email address. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize portion of the Sweepstakes is $5000 USD.
Only prizes specified in the amounts indicated will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Branch reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value should a prize or any component of a prize become unavailable. Except as specifically provided herein, all applicable taxes and usage charges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, Branch or its agents shall require payment from winner of taxes to be remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities. Branch expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of prizes awarded. Branch makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.
CLAIMING PRIZE:
For the Weekly Giveaway, the two (2) potential winners for each Entry Period, will be notified at the end of each Entry Period by a direct email message from Branch.
For the Grand Prize Giveaway, the potential winner will be notified on or around July 8th, by a direct email message from Branch.
Each potential winner has twenty-four (24) hours from the time the message is sent, to send a reply message to promos@branchapp.com. Potential winners may be asked to verify eligibility. Failure to respond within twenty-four (24) hours of potential winner notification may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible; is not in compliance with these Official Rules; declines to accept the prize; does not comply with Branch’s instructions; or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited in Branch’s sole discretion. If a prize is forfeited, then the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, as determined by Branch in its sole discretion. Branch shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. Prize will be awarded once the potential winner responds to us with the email address associated with their Branch account, or for AMOE Entrants, the email address to which the Amazon virtual gift card should be sent. By accepting a prize, each Entrant consents to Branch’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Upon deposit of the prize to the winner’s Branch Account or delivery of the prize to the AMOE Entrant’s email address, Branch will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: All entries become the property of Branch and will not be returned. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Sweepstakes. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all of the conditions contained in these Official Rules. Branch is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, incomplete Entries, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Branch is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Branch assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Branch is not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Branch which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Branch reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Branch believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BRANCH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Branch reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Branch and all respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities.
NO LIABILITY: By entering, Entrants and each prize winner agree to comply with all Official Rules, as stated and agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Branch, its affiliates, retailers marketing/selling of the Card, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, including the aforementioned Releasees in the "ELIGIBILITY" section above from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose, in fact or in law, relative to this Sweepstakes.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Branch in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
PRIVACY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Each Entrant agrees to Branch’s use of their Entry for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. Entrants may review Branch’s Privacy policy at https://www.branchapp.com/privacy.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant’s residence; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
